How our PPC management fees work

We charge a fixed monthly management fee, quoted in writing after a free audit and agreed before any work starts. Your ad spend is separate: you pay Google, Microsoft or Meta directly, so every pound of media spend is visible on your own invoice from the platform. The fee depends on the work the account needs, not on how much you spend.

What sets the fee

Scope, not spend.

Platforms

Google Ads alone, or Google with Microsoft Advertising, Meta or LinkedIn. Each platform is its own set of campaigns, tracking and reporting.

Campaigns and products

A local service business with one area is simpler to run than a shop with thousands of products across several margin bands.

Landing pages

Whether existing pages are good enough or new ones need building and testing.

Tracking work

A clean GA4 and Tag Manager setup, or a rebuild with call tracking, enhanced conversions and CRM imports.

Reporting

A standard monthly report, or reporting that joins ad data to your CRM and revenue.

Pace of change

Seasonal businesses and launches need more hands-on weeks than steady accounts.

Ad spend

How much should you budget for the ads themselves?

Enough to buy a readable number of clicks on your main searches each month. The calculator works out what a budget produces at a given cost per click and conversion rate, and the guide to Google Ads costs explains how to look up your own cost per click.

Always included

  • • The free audit and a written proposal before anything starts
  • • Accounts created or kept in your name
  • • Weekly search term and negative keyword reviews
  • • A written monthly report and a call to go through it
  • • Direct contact with the person running your account

Questions about pricing

How much does PPC management cost?

Our management fee is fixed monthly and quoted in writing after the free audit, because it depends on how many platforms, campaigns and landing pages the account needs. Ad spend is separate and paid by you directly to the platform.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

We quote a fixed monthly fee, so our income does not rise just because your budget does. If your account grows in scope, for example new platforms or many more campaigns, we agree any change in writing first.

Who pays Google and Meta?

You do, directly, with your own payment details on your own accounts. You always see exactly what was spent on ads, separately from our fee.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup work such as fixing tracking, restructuring an account or building landing pages is quoted in the same written proposal as the monthly fee, so there are no surprises later.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. You get the written summary whether or not you go ahead.
